Details: With a mission to lay the foundation of skills and knowledge for the generation of Vietnamese children to become future leaders, KAPLA is currently seeking a talented head teacher who is one of our missing pieces to complete the mission with us at our new center, with the following details:
✅ Requirements:
. 2-year teaching experience (preferred)
. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
. Teaching certificate
. Good communication and leadership skills
🔷 Working days: 5 working days/week
👉 Responsibilities:
. Observing and evaluating teachers’ performance
. Recruiting and onboarding new teachers
. Doing placement tests & teaching some classes
. Supporting & managing a group of teachers
. Scheduling cover classes
