Business Communication Trainers
This position is ideal for someone who wants to work in a small, but expanding company, with opportunities to learn, expand his/her skill set and work for an organization that prioritizes the delivery of high-quality learning programs and values the contribution of team members.
We are looking for Business Communication Trainers to deliver training to highly motivated learners in global organizations both online and Face2Face.
Ideal candidates have a positive and proactive attitude and at least 3-5 years of experience delivering Business English or Corporate Language training courses to corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver Face2Face business communication skills courses to clients.
• Facilitate large group workshops to corporate clients.
• Deliver virtual/online training to clients in Taiwan and China.
• Conduct webinars to small, medium and large group sizes.
• Improve learning results through feedback about course learning content.
• Meet client expectations through evaluation, assessment and reporting

Requirements:
• A positive, proactive attitude and an interest in training and education
• 3-5 years of experience delivering Face2Face Business English or Corporate Language training courses
• Experience delivering virtual/online courses or webinars is useful
• Strong facilitation and class management skills
• Relevant teaching or training qualifications
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Previous experience in business - sales, marketing, human resources or talent management is a benefit, but not a requirement.
• Candidates with an Alien Permanent Resident Certificate (APRC) or ARC are preferred
