Position: Autism Specialist
Location: Elite International School, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive learning environment.
Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to enhance students’ academic and social skills.
Conduct assessments and track progress to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
Provide guidance and training for staff on autism awareness and effective teaching strategies.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience working with children with autism.
Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and effective intervention techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
