Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Curriculum and MoE Compliance to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our curriculum framework. The successful candidate will ensure all educational programs meet and exceed the Ministry of Education’s quality standards. This role is pivotal in shaping the academic strategy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and review of curriculum design and instructional practices.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education regulations, policies, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with faculty and stakeholders to maintain a high-quality educational environment.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in curriculum and educational management processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, recommending changes as necessary.
- Support the institution’s vision through leadership in curriculum planning, quality assurance, and educational policy alignment.
Qualifications:
Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
- PhD in Quality or Educational Management
- Master’s Degree in Quality or Educational Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality or Educational Management

- Proven track record in curriculum development and quality assurance.
- Thorough understanding of MoE requirements and educational regulations.
