Details: Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGA Coaches to lead our golf academy’s training programs and inspire students to achieve their fullest potential in the game of golf. This individual will be responsible for overseeing coaching strategies, developing customized training plans, and providing mentorship to both our junior and adult athletes. The PGA Coaches will be instrumental in maintaining a high standard of instruction, ensuring our academy remains a top choice for aspiring golfers.
Key Responsibilities:
Instruction and Coaching:
Lead individual and group golf lessons for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to each athlete’s needs, focusing on skill development, technique, and mental resilience.
Provide ongoing assessment of players’ progress and adjust training regimens as needed to meet performance goals.
Academy Leadership:
Oversee and mentor the academy’s team of assistant coaches, ensuring alignment with our coaching philosophy and standards.
Collaborate with the academy’s management team to create and enhance training materials and resources.
Lead initiatives to attract and retain students, promote a positive learning environment, and build a strong academy culture.
Program Development:
Design and oversee special programs, such as junior golf camps, tournament preparation, and summer training sessions.
Organize and manage practice schedules, training sessions, and competitive events for academy members.
Remain updated with the latest coaching techniques, technologies, and trends to maintain a progressive coaching approach.
Community Engagement:
Actively engage with the local golf community to foster relationships and build the academy’s reputation.
Attend networking events, tournaments, and workshops to represent the academy and promote our programs.
Work with marketing staff to create engaging content and materials for promoting our academy’s achievements and offerings.
