Position: Debate Teacher
Location: Leaders Academy Busan, S. Korea
Employment Type: Full-Time (with part-time hours)
**E-2 Visa criteria must be met: Bachelor Degree, Background/FBI check both Apostilled, Native English. (please refer to link)

What You’ll Do:
*Lead engaging debate classes that foster critical thinking, creativity, and persuasive communication skills.
*Prepare students for local, national, and international debate competitions.
*Mentor and support students, helping them develop confidence, leadership, and effective communication strategies.
*Create dynamic lesson plans that cover argumentation techniques, research methods, and the art of rebuttal.
*Collaborate with other educators to integrate debate into broader academic curriculums.
*Stay updated on current events** and bring real-world issues into the classroom to inspire rich debates.

*Passion for Debate: You are passionate about the art of debate and public speaking.
*Teaching Experience: Previous teaching experience is a plus, but we value your passion and commitment to student development and a willingness to conquer a new teaching venue!
*Strong Communication Skills: You’re a clear and confident communicator, both in the classroom and beyond.
*Creative Thinking: You know how to make debates exciting, challenging, and fun for students of all levels.
*A Love for Mentorship: You’re dedicated to helping students grow intellectually and personally.
