Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Teacher located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The English Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans, teaching English language and literature, and engaging with students to foster a positive learning environment. Additional duties include assessing student progress, participating in school events, and collaborating with staff to ensure educational standards and goals are met.
Qualifications
• Experience in English Teaching and Education
• Proficient in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
• Adaptable and able to create an inclusive classroom environment
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field
• Experience working in multicultural environments is a plus
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) is advantageous
