High-Paying Kindergarten ESL Position in Busan

Details: Hellow!We are looking for Native English Kindergarten Teacher at Realkids-Odyssey(Busan, Namcheon)
1.Location: Namcheon, Busan (near
Gwangalli Beach – just minutes from our school, offering a beautiful coastal backdrop to your teaching experience)
2.Start Date: 4th week of April or May (ASAP)
3.Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00PM
4.Student Ages: Korean ages 4–6 (international ages 3–5) – kindergarten level
5.Curriculum: Play-based and project-based learning (hands-on activities, creative projects)
6.Classroom Environment: Warm, interactive, and immersion-focused (English-speaking throughout the day with songs, games, and conversations)
7.Monthly Salary: 3.0 million KRW
Housing Allowance: 500,000 KRW
Total Compensation: 3.50 million KRW per month
I also run an adult language academy, so if you’re interested, you can take on additional part-time work there.
8.Vacation: 11 paid vacation days per year (in addition to weekends)
9.Holidays: All Korean public holidays off (no work on national holidays)
10.Additional: E-2 visa sponsorship provided, and a supportive work environment with training and guidance. (Standard benefits such as national health insurance, pension, and severance pay are provided in compliance with Korean law.)
