About the Role:
We are looking for a professional with at least 10 years of proven experience working with the IGCSE curriculum. The successful candidate will lead all aspects of academic life at BBIS — from curriculum planning and teacher development to quality assurance and exam coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee curriculum development across Key Stages 1 to 4 (Pearson Edexcel IGCSE).
• Lead and mentor a vibrant team of international teachers.
• Maintain high academic standards and manage assessment systems.
• Drive innovation in teaching and learning strategies.
• Support teacher recruitment, training, and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with British and Pearson international standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with the IGCSE framework (Pearson Edexcel or Cambridge).
• Proven leadership experience in an international or British curriculum school.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent English speaker.
