Job Summary
Crane International School Myanmar (CISM) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher with an experience teaching children aged 3 to 5 years. The ideal candidate will nurture each child’s emotional, physical, and social development through engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Be knowledgeable of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworks,
focusing on the Seven Domains.
2. Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver developmentally
appropriate classroom activities and lesson plans.
3. Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that
encourages exploration and self-expression.
4. Maintain effective classroom management by promoting positive discipline
and encouraging good habits.
5. Monitor and report on students’ well-being, providing regular feedback on
their progress to parents and guardians.
6. Establish effective and respectful working relationships with colleagues,
parents, communities, and other stakeholders.
7. Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development training
as required.
8. Adhere to school policies outlined in the staff handbook, including Health
and Safety and Child Safeguarding policies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant qualification in Early Childhood
Education
• At least 2-years of experience teaching in foundation stage.
• Native English Speaker is preferred however experienced teachers with a
near-native level of English are also welcomed to apply.

• USD 2300 or THB 75000 (negotiable)
