Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ESL/Social Studies Teacher currently residing in Mongolia. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, inspire students to think critically about social, cultural, historical, and political contexts, and integrate global perspectives into the curriculum.

Work Schedule
Teaching: 28 hours per week.
Lesson preparation & other duties: 12 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: USD 2,000 – 2,500 per month (before taxes), based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits: Furnished apartment provided, Annual airfare allowance

Qualifications
Currently residing in Mongolia
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Social Studies, History, Political Science, or related field.
Teaching qualification/license (PGCE, B.Ed., State Teaching Certificate, or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant teaching experience (international experience preferred).
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.
