Start Date: Monday, November 24, 2025 (with 2-day Observation & Orientation: Nov. 20–21)
* Location: Innovation City, near Daegu, South Korea

We offer a friendly yet professional teaching environment with supportive Korean staff and a team of native English teachers from the US and South Africa.
👩‍🏫 Position Details
Full-Time ESL Teacher (Kinder + Elementary)
Kinder: 1 class (7-year-olds)
Elementary: Mostly 8–13 years old
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Teaching Hours: ~4–5 hours daily (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
Student Homeroom: Manage up to 30 students as a homeroom teacher
Homeroom Intensive Bonus applies when managing 30 students
Focus Areas: Speaking, Writing, and Performance-based English classes (presentation, speaking projects, essays)
Special Programs: Summer & Winter intensive courses
Teamwork: Teachers meet regularly to share ideas and support one another
💼 Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₩2.7M – ₩3.5M KRW (depending on experience & qualifications)
Additional Pay: Leadership / homeroom bonus available
Severance: 1-month salary at contract completion
Housing: Modern hotel-style residence in Innovation City (walking distance, full-option)
Amenities: Free use of gym, beautiful garden, walking trails, and various nearby restaurants
Visa: E2 visa sponsorship – must be legally eligible for E2 visa
Pension & Medical Insurance: 50% paid by employer
Vacation: 11 paid days per year
Airfare: Provided for overseas hires
Re-contract Renewal Benefits available
Snacks provided and ample prep time during work hours
✅ Requirements
Currently residing in Korea preferred
Native English speaker eligible for E2 visa (US, Canada, UK, Ireland, South Africa, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree (required)
At least 3 years of teaching experience preferred
Must be healthy, positive-minded, open-minded, energetic, and professional
Clean criminal record & good health
Enjoys working with children (6–15) and creating a warm classroom atmosphere
Able to guide performance-based lessons (speaking, presentations, etc.)
