Key Responsibilities:
* Oversea English curriculum desigan and implementation across IP and IEP programs.
* Conduct teacher observations, provide feedback, and deliver professional development
* Design assessment systems and analyze learning data to improve English proficiency
* Repressent department at school events and facilitate stakeholder communication
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s in Education, TESOL or related field(Master’s preferred)
* Minimum 5 years international school teaching experience
* Strong ESL methodology knowledge and excellent communication skills
* Previous leadership experience in curriculum development
