Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and active learning.
Develop and implement daily and weekly lesson plans in alignment with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
Use creative teaching methods — including storytelling, art, music, and play-based learning — to make lessons interactive and enjoyable.
Assess and monitor each child’s progress and maintain detailed records.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students’ growth, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Ensure a safe, clean, and positive learning environment.
