General Requirements (All Positions)
• A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Education or in a relevant subject area
• A teaching qualification, such as:
• PGCE
• BEd
• Teaching Diploma
• QTS or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (international experience is an advantage)
• Strong spoken and written English
• Experience working in international or multicultural school environments is preferred
• A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection standards

Early Years Teachers (EYFS) – Additional Requirements
• Qualification in Early Childhood Education / Early Years
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework
• Experience with phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and play-based learning
• Ability to create a warm, structured, and engaging classroom environment
• Experience working with young learners in English-medium settings

Primary Teachers – Additional Requirements
• Experience teaching KS1 or KS2
• Familiarity with the British National Curriculum
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Experience preparing students for assessments is an advantage

English Teachers – Additional Requirements
• Degree in English, English Literature, Education, or a related field
• Experience teaching English Language and/or Literature
• Familiarity with British curriculum expectations (Cambridge or Pearson is an advantage)
• Ability to develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills
• Experience with ESL / EAL learners is highly desirable\
Hold a relevant degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a recognised teaching qualification
Business studies & Economic Teacher -- Additional requirements
• Have experience teaching Business Studies and/or Economics at secondary level, preferably within the British curriculum (IGCSE, International GCSE, or equivalent.
