Details: About the Role:
We are looking for passionate, qualified, and dynamic English teachers to join our online learning platform! As an Online English Teacher, you will deliver engaging, student-centered lessons to learners of all ages and proficiency levels. You’ll help students build confidence, improve their communication skills, and achieve their language learning goals—all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Plan and deliver interactive, high-quality English lessons via our virtual classroom platform.
2.Provide constructive feedback and track student progress regularly.
3.Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels.
4.Create a positive, encouraging, and motivating online learning environment.
Maintain professionalism and punctuality for all scheduled classes.
Requirements:
1.Native or near-native English proficiency (clear accent, excellent grammar and vocabulary).
2.Bachelor’s degree (English or education major preferred）.
3.TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (or equivalent teaching qualification).
4.Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience, additional subjects/languages teaching is a bonus.
5.Tech-savvy: Stable high-speed internet, a quality webcam/headset, and a quiet teaching space.
6.Excellent communication skills and a patient, energetic, and culturally sensitive attitude.
