Details: Kindergarten Guide wanted for progressive Kindergarten in Japan.
Who we are :
We are not the typical ”International School”. We don’t revolve everything around English. We like to say ”We are not English education. We are Education in English”. That has always been non-negotiable for us.
We are a Montessori and the first International school in Okayama City. We began in 2002. Since that time we have grown but not at the expense of quality. We are looking for someone that would be a great fit for that. If you have no experience with Montessori thats ok. We offer training for that. You just need to be open-minded to student -centred education.
Salary & Benefits : We offer starting salary 300,000 yen/mth. We will sponsor your visa if you are not legal to work in Japan (needs a degree or relevant diploma). Health care and pension are covered by your salary. The position is Monday to Friday 8:30-5 pm. Occasionally we have a Saturday where there is an event but the Monday is usually off. We dont work on National Holidays or expect you to take work home with you. We will arrange an apartment for you.
We are a little flexible with start date. We would love it if you can be here by April 2026 but will accept May or June at the outside.
