Details: Join the dynamic team at BRICKS4KIDZ’ as a full-time TEACHER in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for inspiring and educating children through engaging hands-on learning experiences with LEGO® bricks. As a key member of the BRICKS4KIDZ’ team, you will play a vital part in shaping the next generation of critical thinkers and problem-solvers.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and deliver interactive, curriculum-aligned lesson plans that capture the imagination of students
- Facilitate engaging workshops and after-school programs that spark children’s interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) topics
- Manage and motivate a classroom of students, ensuring a fun and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with the BRICKS4KIDZ’ team to continuously improve and expand the educational offerings
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with parents and school administrators
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends

-Passion for working with children and a strong commitment to their educational and personal development
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to students of all ages
- Demonstrated experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a STEM-related subject
-Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to design engaging and interactive lessons
- Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Relevant qualifications in education, child development, or a STEM-related field
