We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced ESL Teacher to join our team. This role is specifically focused on preparing high school students for their next academic milestones. Key Responsibilities
IELTS Preparation: Deliver targeted instruction across all four sub-tests (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) to help students achieve their target band scores.
Academic English: Teach advanced language skills required for high school success and university preparation, including academic writing (essays, data analysis, reports), critical reading, and presentation skills.
Curriculum Delivery: Adapt and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles within a high school demographic.
Progress Tracking: Regularly assess student performance, provide constructive and structured feedback, and monitor academic growth.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field).
Certification: Native or near-native English proficiency with a recognized TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (120+ hours).
Experience: * Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching ESL to high school students.
Demonstrated experience teaching IELTS preparation (essential).
Familiarity with Academic English frameworks (EAP) and structured essay-writing instruction.
Skills: Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
