Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based in the Hanoi Capital Region. The English Teacher will design and deliver engaging English lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting classroom instruction, organizing learning activities, and assessing student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback. The teacher will maintain classroom discipline, create an inclusive and supportive learning environment, and communicate regularly with learners and, where applicable, parents or guardians about performance and development. The role also involves participating in training sessions, academic meetings, and school events, as well as contributing ideas to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.
Position Overview:
One-month paid training period

Cau Giay, Hanoi
▪️ Teaching Subject:
Mathematics/Science/English
Students: 6–10 years-old
▪️ Working Hours:
on average 80/90 hours per month
5 days a week (Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon)
Qualifications:
Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to manage classrooms and adapt instruction to different proficiency levels.
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices, including designing structured, goal-oriented lessons and assessments.
Excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and collaboration with colleagues, learners, and families.
Relevant degree or certification in English, Education, TESOL, TEFL, or a related field is preferred.
Experience teaching English to children, teenagers, or adults in a classroom setting is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in the Hanoi Capital Region and commit to a full-time schedule.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-centered, inclusive approach to teaching.
