Details: Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons for kindergarten-aged children;
2. Serve as a classroom assistant, supporting the lead teacher in daily lesson planning, classroom management, and school promotional events;
3. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times;
4. Comply with school policies and regulations, and actively cooperate with all teaching and administrative tasks assigned by the school;
5. Maintain positive communication with Chinese teachers and parents to support children’s language development and overall growth.
Requirements
1. Native English Speaker from an English-speaking country;
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of ESL teaching experience with young children in China is preferred;
3. Certification: Valid TESOL / TEFL / CELTA / TKT certificate. Waived for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and proven early childhood teaching experience;
4. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;
5. Visa: Hold a valid, legal Chinese work visa and complete supporting documentation;
6. Background: Clean criminal record with good conduct;
7. Personal Qualities: Passionate about early childhood education, caring, responsible, patient, and energetic;
8. Preferred: Familiarity with Montessori education or previous Montessori classroom experience is a plus.
