Minimum Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant subject (Master’s degree preferred)
✔️ A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, State Certification, or equivalent)
✔️ Minimum of 3 years of full-time teaching experience
✔️ Experience teaching AP, IB, Cambridge, British, American, or another international curriculum is highly desirable
✔️ Strong subject knowledge and the ability to prepare students for rigorous academic examinations
✔️ Excellent classroom management and communication skills
✔️ Passion for student-centered, inquiry-based, and project-based learning
✔️ Ability to create an engaging and academically challenging learning environment
Subject-Specific Experience
AP Arts
Experience teaching AP Art and/or related visual arts disciplines, with a strong understanding of portfolio development, creative processes, and assessment requirements.
AP Chemistry
Strong background in chemistry and experience preparing students for AP Chemistry examinations, laboratory work, scientific inquiry, and advanced problem-solving.
AP Biology
Strong background in biology and experience teaching advanced biological concepts, laboratory investigations, scientific analysis, and AP Biology examination preparation.
Computer Science
Strong programming and computer science background. Experience teaching AP Computer Science, programming, algorithms, data structures, software development, or related disciplines is highly desirable.
