Main Responsibilities：
*Develop and execute comprehensive teaching plans for 3 4 courses selected from Economics, History, Literature and English, aligned with international high school curriculum standards .
*Lead lesson preparation, classroom delivery, and academic research to ensure teaching quality meets the rigorous standards of AP programs and international school accreditation bodies .
*Design and assess student work including analytical essays, data response assignments, document based tasks, close reading exercises, seminar discussions and examinations; evaluate learning progress through both formative and summative assessment methods .
*Participate in teaching meetings to implement, review, and refine curriculum execution and instructional strategies.
*Lead and advise humanities focused extracurricular activities to build a vibrant humanities community and deepen students’ subject engagement.
*Participate in professional development training and school’s academic exchange activities.
*Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and support staff to promote the holistic development of students as informed readers, writers and analytical global minded thinkers .

Requirements：
*A BA degree or above in Economics, History, English Literature, Comparative Literature or other related humanities fields. Solid subject knowledge covering at least 3 4 subjects. 3 years of relevant international high school teaching experience; multi subject teaching experience is preferred .
*Proof of work qualification:(TEFL/TESOL,CELTA,TEFL IN CHINA, PGCE, QTS, etc) or recommendation letters verifying 2 years of relevant work experience.
*English as a native or near native working language; demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.
*Understanding of and ability to adapt to a multicultural environment; experience teaching students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds .
