Class Management & Safety - Establish predictable routines and age-appropriate expectations to create a nurturing and well-managed classroom environment. - Implement positive behavior guidance strategies that promote self-regulation, cooperation, and respect. - Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children through active supervision, risk assessment, and consistent safety procedures. 3. Parent Communication & Engagement: - Provide monthly updates to parents via home-school communication platform, meetings, or one-on-one consultations. - Provide updates to parents via home-school communication platforms, meetings, or one-on-one consultations. - Foster strong, respectful relationships with families through regular communication, parent-teacher conferences, and shared goal setting. 4.
