NATIVE TEACHER FOR VALLADOLID, SPAIN
Spain (Valladolid)

Must be EU Citizen or have EU Work Permit to apply!

Fields of Expertise: ESL/EFL , Nursery , ESL to Children , Spanish ,
Details: We are looking for a native English teacher to teach in Valladolid, Spain from Sep 2014 until at least the end of June 2015. Approx. 20 hours per week. Children, Teenagers, Adults , company classes. Preference will be given to teachers with at least an intermediate level of spoken Spanish.
If you want to be an outstanding teacher and make a real difference to people’s lives…
If you want an exciting opportunity to live and work in the heart of Spain…
THEN HERE’S YOUR OPPORTUNITY! – COME AND TEACH ENGLISH AT IDIOMAS WATSON IN VALLADOLID!
Spain is a fantastic country for English teachers and Valladolid is the cradle of historic Spain, only 1h by fast train from the busy capital, Madrid. It is the heart of the old Kingdom of Castilla. You will love the combination of wonderful people and lifestyle and the great food that makes it an irresistible destination in general.
Idiomas Watson is a dynamic and growing school in the heart of the city with a great combination of student ages and teacher nationalities, concentrating mainly on spoken English. Our demand for English teachers is growing as more Spanish children, university students and professionals are required to speak English for their careers and find our methods of concentrating on spoken English highly effective. We are looking for professional and enthusiastic native teachers for our school in Valladolid. The position involves teaching general English and some business English to all ages, including teenagers and adults in groups as well as in personalised one-to-one classes, and also teaching English to young learners. Our “target language only” policy means that English is used exclusively in class, but we consider that some knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage.
Teaching English in Valladolid is also a great opportunity to learn Spanish! In Valladolid very few people speak English and the city is one of the best places in Spain to learn the purest Spanish with a neutral accent. Even though it is not required to teach, knowing Spanish as an English teacher at Idiomas Watson is a big advantage to you and to your students. Learning Spanish will also allow you to experience more intimately the fascinating culture of Castilla.
You will find further information and the application form in the provided link.
