Thanks for the reply. I love Indonesia and it´s people. Many of my friends are Indonesian, and I´ve been there many times. I was more concerned about the recruiter as a business, not the Indonesian people.

And I agree with you, I don´t bother listening to the news, as they don´t give you any information about the people. I´ve been to many American "unfriendly" countries and have enjoyed myself a great deal because the people are fantastic.

Again, I´m just asking if anyone has dealt with English First as a recruiter. No matter what country, there are always a few rotten apples.

yeah... im in indonesia but dont know anything about EF ...maybe i should go there :P

English First is a big language learning place in Indonesia. The teachers are well paid. Also, EF is everywhere. You can find it in every major city in Indonesia. I teach in English course franchise too but not EF. =)

I see its been a while but I for any new readers I just wanted to say that I was on some other websites and people have said that English First is not the best company to work for. Apparently they have the lowest rate of start pay out of all the Schools and sometimes they jerk you around with getting your money in full and or on time. If you do your research I think there are better schools.
