TEFL Diploma
Canterbury English TEFL Madrid
I am interested in hearing from anyone who has done this course or any New Zealander who has worked in Spain. I am a qualified teacher but I´m having a heck of a time figuring out what I can and can´t apply for, visa info and such like. This course offers work after course completion. ? Keen to hear from anyone who can help, cheers, Julia.

Hi
Kiwi English teacher living in Rio de Janeiro here....I´ve travelled throughout Spain Julia, but I havent worked there as a teacher. I thought it was a prerequisite to have an EU passport?
Also, what qualification are you referring too?
All the best in your search. If I can help let me know.

Dear Julia
They prefer British or Irish nationals but there is so much work in Madrid you´ll have no problems finding work. The only problem you have in Madrid is accommodation. If your are there now or thinking of going you may like to look at www.loquo.com or www.idealista.com.
If you have a flat out there and you need someone to share let me know please.
Yours,
Steve Head
