i am not so sure from the articles i have read for some countries its not a major problem....mainly if you do get in...adhere to the rules..meaning don´t do unauthorized side jobs...find out first if you can..but i am open to critique...i would love to work in Europe and have under the artist clause but this is different..

Yes, of course, it has made almost the teachers for teachers who are not a citizen of EU or other western countries to work in EU. A teacher has be considerd as an international worker.

Yes, I think so. I took a TEFL certificate course in the Czech Republic this summer, but the only teaching jobs non-EU citizens were able to get were very low-paying (about $8 hour) and no paid housing, at least for their first year or so.

There is always a shortage of experienced teachers with particular reference to Mathematics and natural Science subjects.These subjects have international standards. However, due to a number of obstacles in getting work permits in the EU countries it dicourages the teachers to apply.Moreover, it is also quite an expenssive process.
I suggest that there should be slightly different visa conditions for teachers.

I have applied to hundreds of EU jobs both teaching and in business (I have an MBA) and the responses I have received all indicate that they would like to hire me but I am not an EU passport holder, and it is unfortunate for them because often they have talked about how they have had the particular vacancy for 6-9 months.

In any non-EU country vacancies rarely last more than a month, much less 6-9 Months! With all the job vacancies all over the EU and the varied cultures I don´t even know why EU citizens bother traveling abroad.

Yes, in Ukraine they have changed the visa rules. You must get a work permit or you can not stay more then 90 days. Therefore , please be careful about getting a job in Ukraine. if the school does not offer you a work permit run....
