Working in a government school is really tiring and fascinating. A classroom with 50 students against 1 teacher. Most of the students come from poor families and problems regarding shortage of books, chairs and classroom is a perennial problem.My 18 years experience is full of joy and tears but I cant remember 1 pupil Gr.1 noted for his thief against some student using a toy gun is a clear "hold up" inside the school campus.When I asked about him I found out that he is an orphan and under the care of an 80 year old grandmother who cant afford to give him allowance. So I told him if I give you daily allowance will you stop? And now I give him his daily allowance and he really stopped. I realized then...that the family where he grows up with really makes up a CHILD.

Diana...Im from the Philippines..we are really in dire need of more classrooms and books..the government is trying hard though..but I guess the sudden increase of enrolment each year made us feel this problem...thank you so much Diana....what do you teach?

hi diana..why not try some Asian countries like Malaysia and China I can see there are lots of vacancies there...its a lot better and you’ll be near my country..lol
