Hello, please try and check Interchange series by Jack Richards, or Side by Side series.

Interchange is NOT for young children. If you´re in Japan go for the Ice Cream series by Chuck Rogers. It´s got different levels and kids really take an interest in it. If you´re in China GO-GO English (I think that´s the name) is really popular and also comes with videos that the students can practice at home with.

I would suggest joining A-Z Reading. It is online and you have to have a printer. I joined and have access to hundreds of small books at different levels. They are photocopiable once you download them. It costs about $80 per year. I have found it to be very worth the money.
