Hello, I am a qualified teacher currently working in the UK. I am thinking about moving to Taiwan to teach this summer but I'm unsure on where's the best place to go? Where is the best place to seek employment for this country? Peter

Hi Peter, Taipei is the capital city of Taiwan. You can find a lot of teaching jobs in cram schools. Besides Taipei, there are also other cities in Taiwan that are always looking for teachers like Taichung, Taoyuan and Hsinchu.

I agree with Alex. Stay in Taipei. There are jerks there too, but there's much more to do and some very good restaurants.
