BEWARE OF SCHOOL SCAMS.......... The Zurich International EN...

Heloo Cristine,

I am just confirming that info. It is true. I have been offered a job from them but luckily I had the most hilarious experiance with China so I do not belive anybody who is so generous and asking for forehead money. It is very sad that human society became so sick by seeking money on cildren;s accounts not directly but from those who would like to teach them and help them to grow up in healthy and bonds free society. Where are you teaching now and can you contact me if you have time. Bye for now love and peace mirjana

Hi Christine,

Yes you are right. I have just refused to start working with them. I had a hilarious experiances teaching in China so nobody can full me anymore.
It is so sad that society is so sick to use children to make money giving opportunity deviated people to use honest people who just want to help.

take care love and peace mirjana
drop a line when time

Hi Christine
There has been a posting about this on Dave´s Eslcafe and the www.englishforum.ch about this. Also have heard from 5 others that have applied to this fictitious school. Fortunately the others and myself did not send any money. The worst was their claim to have been operating for 4 yrs without a website and still having an office in Athens. Plus they did not have a regular phone number like regular schools do. It was little clues like that besides wanting money upfront that made it smell fishy.

Hi this is David and Laurette Mears. There is an ESL offer going about from Shell Comapny, Nigeria using the name Dr Nelson Brown, this is false and as we are forever receiving emails about Lottery wins or please help and now it is an email puporting to be Dr Nelson Brown a German in Shell Company Nigeria, they promise fantastic salary and of course require your resummee and passport etc...Be warned and warn other,
Bye Laurette

there is a school in nottingham, UK, ENGREG ACADEMY, they are a scam as well, they have you deal with a travel consultant that is also a fraud Beware!!!

Beware of Pro Linguis in Belgium the admin. stinks.

Beware of the supposed "Santa Maria International School" in Madrid. It does not exist and they are also crooks asking for 818.24 euros up front for the processing of a work visa! AVOID!

I suspect this is another. They ask for 900 Euro.

Hello all. I would like to say that this guy Mr. Abin Mustafa Gafa? is advertising his school in Malaysia,on Dave's Cafe ESL and replies saying that he is using a translator. He the says he can't use Skype cos of the language barrier and sends out 40 questions for you to answer. Beware he is a fake. I only found out after typing his name and the school in to Google. On the schools webpage it says that he has nothing to do with them. Then there is a second person now a female who is advertising her school in Malaysia and again her reply is exactly word for word as this guys. Her name is Mrs. Puan Aimi Masdiana. But she is the real name of the principle of the school. I have written to the school letting them know that someone is using her name. And this person was on this website offering jobs for a school that is not real. Beware of what you send.

I got the same offer from Mrs. Puan Aimi Masdiana, Principal, Cempaka Schools Malaysia. Everything on Google looks clean and the school is real. But when she referred me to the travel agency that asked me to pay a full package, I was like, oh oh, that's fishy. The travel agency's name is: Anjang Global Traveling Agency Co. Ltd. I am still searching though. I am sad ):

Same offer from Mrs. Puan Aimi Masdiana, Principal, Cempaka Schools Malaysia. I even went through answering the 2-page 'online interview questionnaire'. Everything seems to be all right with their school website and our written correspondence until they gave me an offer. It is mentioned in the emails that they are using google translate for the correspondence, a seem so 'good' of an excuse not to conduct interview via Skype!. When I accepted ( Job offer and Contract provided) , they referred me to a travel agency ( Malaysian Traveling Agency Company, Mr. Nihat Osman, CEO), instructing that I should comply with this agency for my air tickets and visa processing using my own funds but will be reimbursed. NO, NO! BEWARE!!!

I also have received an offer from Cempaka school in Malaysia and I have already signed the contract with them. Ms. Puan Aimi Masdiana recommended a traveling agency by the name of Nihat Osman. He wants money upfront in order to obtain my require documents. What should I do? Is this school real? Should I have sign the contract? Should I even plan on going? Can anyone recommend a traveling agency? Please help...

I have received similar from the same name but different school in Malaysia! They are trying to get me to contact a travel agency and the CEO is also named Mr. Nihat Osman. But the school's real and I found it's website name of: Sri Garden, now not sure if to proceed or not???
